A problem, what a windfall!

Too often, problems are not eradicated because of the lack of involvement of stakeholders.

A problem is too often seen as a burden that no one wants to deal with, a personal error that one prefers to hide, an obligation required by the client!

In the end, the involvement of stakeholders in the problem solving is reduced and everyone seeks to evacuate it as soon as possible.

However,  to better eradicate a problem it should be considered as an opportunity to evolve the methods, cultures, as a trigger to make the company improve!

Ask yourself how this resolution can become an opportunity for people affected by the problem and communicate on induced gains. Involvement and performance will be increased.

Remember the quote from Winston Churchill: “A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.”
