  • Non routine problem solving methods 

   The “Non-routine” Problem Solving methods consider a problem along with its resolution process as a source for innovation or invention. These methods deal with the creation of a systematic process not only for solving problems efficiently but also creatively so that it easies the invention of new systems and the refinement of existing ones. One of the most known “Non-routine” or inventive methods is TRIZ or “theory of inventive problem solving
